Job Description :
- Sapphire Organic, a leading FMCG brand, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for organic products. This role involves a multifaceted approach, including participation in events and exhibitions, social media management, and collaboration with part-time female distributors.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales and Business Development :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
2. Event and Exhibition Participation :
- Represent Sapphire Organic at events and exhibitions, showcasing and selling our products.
- Engage with customers, answer queries, and provide product information.
- Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring all materials and products are available..
3. Female Distributor and Reseller Collaboration :
- Identify potential female candidates interested in part-time opportunities.
- Onboard and train female distributors and resellers.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to empower and ensure their success.
4. Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare regular sales reports detailing performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel for events and exhibitions.
