JOB SUMMARY :

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will work across internal CRMs, Email Service Providers (ESPs), and marketing automation tools to develop reporting around user behavior metrics. He / She will be highly organized, self-motivated and efficient individual with an excellent interpersonal manner, proficient time management, and proven ability to provide excellent customer service alongside the everyday responsibilities of the traditional operations role.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaigns and web metrics.

- Maintenance and coordination of campaign reporting and client queries relating to them.

- Understanding & implementation of operational sponsorship deliverables and co-operation with the team where necessary

- Develop a deep understanding of CRM databases, email service providers and lead generation.

- Optimize the reporting process.

- Day to day liaison with internal sales, ad ops, and project management to deliver up to date information and ensure all required reporting is delivered accurately.

- Production and implementation of client reporting timeline and action plan.

- Support sales teams by running ad-hoc reports to respond to client inquiries.

- Assist in analyzing user-level pathing behavior to drive product development and sale.

- Perform miscellaneous data entry for database maintenance and campaign reporting.

- Attend trainings and conferences as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

- MBA in Marketing is must candidate must have advanced Excel skills and an ability to learn new operating systems as required.

- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools preferred. Experience working with Microsoft Access is a bonus.

- Good interpersonal skills required to interact effectively.

- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, demonstrated communication skills (both oral and written), and the ability to track and direct a number of properties in totally different fields.
