Job Description :
- Must have good English communication skills
- Good Telephone etiquette.
- Handling initial inquiries & fixing up appointments.
- Have to provide documentation support to sales team and client.
- Obtaining all relevant information and passing on to appropriate sales team.
- Generating Sales reports.
- Preparing quotation for sales inquiry/ preparing delivery notes.
- Send offer to parties/ follow- up.
- Generating & maintaining various reports like sales, recovery, collection and analyzing the trends of the market & also of the competition, co- ordinate with dealers and distributors about the booking of order/ delivery/ payment.
- Responsible for follow- up with the clients.
- Collection of payment against invoices.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team
- Candidate must be good with Ms. Office (Word, Excel and Power point, Outlook etc.).
