Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a BDM/ Sales people with minimum 8 years of experience in sales- and Business Development.

- Extrovert with excellent convincing and negotiation skill
- Responsible for expansion of Business and revenue generation
- Keep an eye on competitors offering and have an advantage over them.
- Capable of conducting impressive presentations for clients based on their needs and requirements.
- Budgeting and forecasting company sales targets and profitably
- Responsible for the sales achievements.
- Provide inputs to director to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes
- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
Key Responsibilities:
- Self-driven
- Should have worked in all the division of sales and Business Development (Alliance, Strategic initiatives, Partnerships, Business development)
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting
- Should directly have influence over 50 big brands
- Responsible for devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He / She should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.
- Increase the transaction (value and volume) through usage of the Coolwinks.com products like Sunglasses, Lenses, power glasses etc through partnerships and alliances with brands (Like with Samsung, Infosys etc)
- Create & manage Offers/Loyalty Platform for Coolwinks for banks to serve their customers ( at the time of making payment via debit card / credit card etc )
- Manage the partner ecosystem for the Offers/Loyalty Platform
- Direct Hands On experience of partnerships and alliances in Banking (Credit/Debit cards) or Loyalty Marketing
- Strong Experience in driving consumer activation and usage campaigns
- Must be someone who is really excited by a challenge. Need someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere and work in a highly matrixed environment
- Must be a skilled leader who creates an inspiring vision, who communicates the vision well, and who leads by example
- - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Candidate will be reporting to the director
Minimum Qualification:
- MBA or relevant degree from Ivy League or reputed Indian universities/business schools with an outstanding academic record preferred.
- 08-15 years of professional experience in sales and Business Development.
- Demonstrated competence in establishing successful partnerships with FORTUNE 500 companies, SME's and startups - ability to structure, negotiate, and close high-profile deals independently
- Experience in effectively delivering revenue targets within financial services accounts.
- Self driven .
