CoolBoots - Senior Associate - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Job Role:
To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from Calls, Professional mail and inbound warm leads.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities in Core B2B Corporate sales
- Maintain and grow existing leads.
- Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and Professional Mails.
- Promote the company excellently to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and suggest the appropriate products or services.
- Build long-term and trusting relationships with clients.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Prospecting the clients from Ad Industry, Digital Media, Mobile Apps, Software Industries, Ecommerce Industries, etc
Job requirements:
- 1+years of proven work experience as a Sales Associate, sales Intern, or any other sales role.
- MBA / PGDM ( Specialization - Marketing) or Graduate in Management and has 2+ Years of exp.
- Great telephone etiquette and must have the professional mail writing practice.
- A proven track record of achieving sales quotas and Must be able to explain the sales Cycle or sales planning.
- Great understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to suggest ideas and deliver engaging presentations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Note: For this very profile, The candidate must be oriented to work with a growing gaming Industry. This job don't require any field sales but rather a good internet search, with a great ability to head hunt the potential clients for the B2B process.
