Coolberg - Key Account Manager - Modern Trade (4-10 yrs)
Position: Key Account Manager (Modern Trade)
Experience: 4 + Years (FMCG Products)

We are looking to onboard a Key Account Manager who can drive the Business through a deep understanding of the market and consumer behavior - 'A champion partner in our success'.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching, identifying, strategizing, and managing end-to-end business development and new sales opportunities for Modern Trade and similar channels across geography.
- Ensure management of existing accounts with regular intervention and open new accounts in Modern Trade to enhance sales growth.
- Maintain existing sales relationships and grow revenue from existing customers.
- Tracking monthly business from all the active accounts & make plans to grow the business.
- Running promotional offers wherever required to grow the business.
- Maintain and expand customer base building and develop rapport with channel partners, and key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
- Work closely with MT Channel Partners and Sales Team to develop the markets.
- Negotiation and generation of PO's
Candidate Specification :
- Bachelors level education or higher, preferably in Business Administration with 3+ years of experience in the Food or Beverages industry
- Strong working knowledge of the assigned territory is amust
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
