We are looking for a driven and dynamic Telesales Executive to boost sales by contacting potential clients from the HoReCa sector. You will be responsible for creating new leads, following up with existing clients, and closing sales over the phone.


- Your role will involve understanding customer needs and offering products that meet their requirements, focusing on maximizing sales and fostering long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, and cafs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing HoReCa clients to promote products or services.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs by pitching products tailored to the HoReCa segment.

- Build and maintain a database of key contacts within the HoReCa industry.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving client queries.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products to HoReCa customers.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure seamless customer service.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the HoReCa sector.

- Provide regular reports on telesales performance, including call metrics, sales, and customer feedback.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
