Job Summary :

- As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and operational excellence across our client's diversified business units in the Automobile, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the entire sales function, ensuring that our sales teams are aligned with the company- s growth objectives.

- You will develop and implement sales strategies, optimize sales processes, and ensure that targets are met or exceeded. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration, driving the success of the company's sales operations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy Development:

Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals across the Automobile, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors.

Sales Operations Management:

Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and the achievement of sales targets.

Revenue Growth:

Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding customer base, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Process Optimization:

Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness across all sales channels.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, maintaining a customer-centric approach to all sales activities.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team for strategic decision-making.

Market Expansion:

Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market expansion, including new product launches and entry into new geographic regions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements


Education: Bachelor- s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Experience : A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role, preferably with an OEM or Automobile Dealership

Industry Knowledg : Strong understanding of sales dynamics in the Automobile sector.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance management tools. Familiarity with digital sales channels is an advantage.

Leadership : Proven ability to lead large, diverse sales teams and drive results in a competitive market environment.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
