Conversion Pro LLP - Executive - Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, contributing insights and ideas based on your experience and knowledge.
- Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Generate creative content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries/comments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate reports to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with overall business objectives and support sales efforts.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for design, content creation, and other marketing services as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for various marketing platforms.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
