- We have an urgent requirement for conversations support role, which will be responsible to make outbound calls & communicate details of products/services, events, conferences & roadshows.
Desired skills, experience & qualification :
- Graduate in any stream
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales/Lead Generation.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, persistent and patient professional with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)
- Self-starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.
- Dynamic presenter with the ability to sell products/services
- Excellent proficiency in MS - Office (Excel/Word/Power Point) - Mandatory
