Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop new corporate clients through telephone, emails and personal meets.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Taking Active Participation in Organizing Company Conferences, Meetings and industry events to bring the clients and prospective clients
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- M.B.A in Marketing with pleasing personality with excellent communication skills & ability to influence, convince & persuade.
- Should be willing for extensive travel in India and Abroad.
- Candidates should have good communication skills with pleasing personality and should be willing to travel.
- Prior experience is desirable although not essential.
