Position Summary: As a transportation sales manager you'll be responsible for enhancing the company's train and inland logistics, through sales strategies that enhances the company's transportation services, competitiveness and profitability in the market. This role involves analyzing market trends, increasing company's presence in the market, negotiating with transporters, and collaborating with various transporters to ensure optimal pricing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share for our transportation services.

- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on service offerings and customer needs.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Able to develop client base of various transporters in Delhi-NCR.

Qualifications:

- Any bachelor's degree /MBA.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the transport division of a freight forwarding/logistics/ Supply Chain.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Having a good relations various transporters in Delhi-NCR.
