Continuum Global - Manager - Campaign Management (4-6 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Gathering client requirements, and making sure campaign is tested and live as per the client requested timelines
- Responsible for managing end to end projects ensuring delivery timelines as per the client requirements.
- Work in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement life cycle campaigns, including campaign launch planning, timelines, targeting criteria selection etc.
- End to end campaign creation using internal tools.
- Coordinating with QA team for campaign testing.
- Conduct A/B testing of marketing campaigns
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results and develop comprehensive reporting to articulate campaign impact.
- Responsible for building and maintaining Client Relationships to ensure clients are satisfied with the services
- Participate in client meetings, brainstorms and planning sessions
- Escalating, addressing and resolving problem areas as raised by the clients and flagging potential issues timely
- Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction and internal processes.
- Oversee Internal Stakeholder Management efforts to ensure campaign deliveries are prioritized according to launch dates as well as approved global communications strategies.
- Oversee and direct quality assurance processes; ensure that the overall marketing campaign's production processes are streamlined and managed with zero errors
