Continuum Global - Associate Team Lead - Campaign Management (5-8 yrs)
- Performing End-to-End Management of the marketing campaigns from requirement gathering, to development, execution and making sure campaign is live as per the client requested timelines
- Work in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement life cycle campaigns, including campaign planning and design, targeting criteria selection, list management, campaign health monitoring and post campaign reporting and analysis
- Developing Campaign Strategy, Monitoring and Optimizing campaigns and its performance to capture customer marketing KPI- s
- Measure the results of all marketing campaigns and ensure suitable controls are in place. Analyze data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for continuous improvements and data driven decision making
- Responsible for building and maintaining Client Relationships to ensure clients are satisfied with the services
- Participate in client meetings, brainstorms and planning sessions
- Escalating, addressing and resolving problem areas as raised by the clients and flagging potential issues timely
- Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction
- Oversee Internal Stakeholder Management efforts to ensure campaign deliveries are prioritized according to approved global email and push communications strategies
- Oversee and direct quality assurance processes; ensure that the overall marketing campaign's production processes are streamlined and managed with zero errors
