Continuum Energy - Executive/Assistant Manager - Regulatory & Power Sales (4-9 yrs)
1. Maximization of Sales Margin and Sales closure within the specified timeline.
2. Identify and develop pipeline consumers for projects in Gujarat, ensuring alternate offtake options in case of changes in consumer's capacities .
3. Develop and maintain personal rapport with senior officers in all government authorities in Gujarat, e.g., SLDC, Transcos, Discoms, Regulatory Commission and similar agencies.
4. Market intelligence, including developments at Govt of Gujarat, Discoms, consumers, competitors, and to assess how the developments can affect the consumers or the projects in Gujarat,.
5. Timely collection of dues from consumers, Discoms, and other agencies
6. Ensuring that the entire energy certification-settlement-billing process involving different agencies is smooth, accurate, and timely.
7. All operational activities related to open access approvals involving SLDC, Transco, Discoms, Consumers and any other agencies.
8. Meticulous documentation and communication - both with external agencies and internal colleagues.
