Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all marketing channels using automation tools.
- Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and continual evaluation for improvements.
- Track, analyze, and periodically report on the performance of marketing campaigns and channels, encompassing SEO and web analytics.
- Collaborate with various teams such as sales, product, technology, and design on marketing campaigns and website management to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage and maintain ownership over CRM and automation platforms, acting as the primary gatekeeper for these systems.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads through targeted marketing efforts, incorporating HubSpot capabilities.
- Proactively contribute to digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media.
- Ensure proper documentation of marketing processes, strategies, and outcomes, facilitating team efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related field.
- 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, any email marketing tool, etc.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including email marketing, inbound marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Openness to feedback and a commitment to self-growth.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Semrush (Bonus: WordPress)
