Role:

We are looking for a high-performing Manager of Sales to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We need someone who is familiar with corporate B2B sales process.The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing relevant sales strategies, tactics and action plans.The candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans and achieve targets consistently

Responsibilities :

Develop relationships and grow sales with existing customers

Constantly generate new business opportunities across verticals in which ContentMart operates

Motivate and guide the team to ensure best output from them.

Accurate sales forecasting and revenue pipeline

Be able to handle the entire lifecycle of sales funnel

Attain targets and delight the customers

Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership

Requirements :

Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Have built and deployed sales teams in the past

Familiarity with digital/online product sales

Handled B2B sales for a region or a big city in the past for an online startup
