The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Manager Knowledge Management primary responsibility is to manage the Content and Content Delivery of the Institution.
- He is engaged in the development, creation and editing of content for various certifications and training program.
- Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, -checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc.
- Produce, edit, and deliver engaging training content through web-based, instructor-led, and virtual classroom learning formats.
- Evaluate the Current Content and suggest ways to improve.
- Create a Standard Operation Plan (SOP) for Content Developers.
- Support & prepare the content structure for certification program.
- Create and manage the content preparation/prepared.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other departments on content creation/development/idea.
- Support to the academic queries.
- Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content
- Managing the content development team.
- Evaluate & audit the existing content for each Certification.
- Take feedback from the Content Users.
- Take feedback from the industry to find the relevant skills for each certification.
- Develop strategies to improve the existing content.
- Develop an - Industry Required- content structure.
- Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc.
- Editing and proofreading before final publication.
- Coordinate with design team to input the desired design and presence of content.
- Identifying the opportunity of new trend of certification/course.
- Reducing the gap in our content and recommend new topics.
- Always ensuring all-round consistency in terms of content style, fonts, images, tone, reach, etc.
- Handling the academic queries.
- Handling and smooth functioning of Content Team Members.
- Better coordination with Designing; Marketing & Training Team.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Content Management, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications within Media & Entertainment industry.
- You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
- You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
- Experience within Content Planning, Startup Experience, Content Management, Content Analysis, would be a strong advantage. (Optional)
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
