Content Writer/Senior Copy Writer - IT (2-3 yrs)
Key Skills Required:
- Should have an experience of minimum 2+ years as Copy Writer
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and confidently both verbally and in writing, in English. Written, spoken & reading knowledge of Gujarati will be considered as an added advantage.
- Should be able to write creative, original, engaging content for the product / service
- Experience with Social Media Paid Promotions, etc. would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO friendly writing content for different products / services / websites is an added advantage
- Ability to write for administrative processes such as memos, e-mailers, client communication, letters, etc.
- Should have technical writing ability for user guides, demos, web content, FAQs, etc.
- Should be versatile to write on different topics.
- Should have the ability to work closely with designer and marketing team for content development and finalization
- Should be aware of copyright rules and regulations
Job Responsibilities:
- Senior Copy Writer will be a part of the marketing and brand management team contributing to the overall success of the sales / business development activity.
- Being a senior member of the team, he/she will actively undertake research / analysis and guide the others team members for creative content development.
- Research, write or edit a wide variety of communication pieces including posts, articles, papers, case studies, blogs, newsletters, brochures, advertising material such as SMS and e-mailers, presentations, letters, advertorials and reports
- Undertake a critical review of all existing promotional material and suggest changes wherever required including content of the existing websites
- Should constantly update his/her knowledge of the latest technology & resources available & use them in an effective and efficient way
- Should be able to write new, SEO friendly, high-quality and engaging content for digital marketing, digital campaigns, e-mailers and the like.
- Engage, manage, and expand the base of our social media followers on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other such accounts
- Contribute towards streamlining internal communication system of the HR Department, including crafting greetings and congratulatory messages on special occasions
Educational Qualifications and Interpersonal Skills:
- Relevant educational qualification such as B.A (English) / M.A. (English) / Degree in Mass Communication or any other relevant field
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently and with minimal direct supervision
- Should have excellent planning and organizing skills
- Good grammar and proofreading skills coupled with optimistic attitude, problem solving and analytical skills / ability
- Should be capable to implement new ideas for development with new techniques for improving the productivity
- Should have effective time management, multi-tasking skills, creative thinker with ability to transform technical information and processes into compelling creative content
