The Job

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Communications to customers and ensuring consistency in the brand voice.

- Developing and maintaining technical documentation such as manuals and training materials.

- Designing and organising documentation sets for products and services.

- Collaborating with the relevant stakeholders on technical documentation requirements.

- Maintaining a library of technical terminology and documentation.

- Interpreting briefs to produce original content.

- Reworking content based on feedback from stakeholders.

- Ensuring all copy is proofread and free of errors.

- Using research to establish the strategy for reaching out to the target audience.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required :

- You have at least 2 years of experience ideally in Writing within Internet industry.

- You have excellent writing skills in English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English markets.

- You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines.

- You have the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.

- You are adept at creating content that will effectively engage audiences.

- Experience within Technical Writing, Startup Experience, Marketing Copy, would be a strong advantage.

- Experience within Consumer, Financial Services, Healthcare, Real Estate, Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) and Industrial & Manufacturing would be a strong advantage.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
