Content Writer - IT (5-10 yrs)
Drive the content strategy for a Digital Technology team on the wider organisation level
- Identify and help produce new content (including copy and various types of media) and identify new features based on our need to excite potential customers internally and externally about our work
- Run our LinkedIn Showcase page and launching other dedicated social media feeds for the business, and help attract top talent
- Conceive and generate engaging video and graphic content for use in celebrating and promoting the business and our work online.
- Write copy and come up with regular high impact marketing ideas to promote and celebrate the digital solutions (in social, online, via experiential, via direct marketing etc) we create primarily to internal stakeholders and secondarily to those outside of the organisation.
- Suggest measurement criteria for success in regard to each piece of content generated to market the business and its products
- You'll have demonstrable experience of sourcing and writing copy in different styles for a variety of audiences and using insight into audiences (incl customers and potential recruits) to decide what content to produce. You'll be great at communicating complex matters of a technological nature clearly and concisely, and comfortable working with web developers.
You must have perfect written English.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as content writer
- Experience as one of the following: Web Content Writer, Web Editor, Content Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media writer, Communications Manager, etc.-
- Exposure to various Social Media sources
- Proficient in MS-Office or similar content writing tools
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills, Copywriting skills
- Preferable if the candidate has Technical Content Writing background
