Content Writer - IT (4-6 yrs)
HonoHR is in need of a talented Digital Content Writer to create compelling blog posts, white papers, product descriptions, social media content and web copy. We- re looking for someone who will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content.
As a content writer, you- ll be working with teams across the company to create valuable content to educate our customers and wow our prospects. Your work will have you fiddling with taglines on website pages, writing blog posts for feature announcements, putting together thought leadership posts for guest publications, sketching educational collateral, framing scripts for feature videos, building presentations to better explain features, press releases and so on.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing content pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.
Job Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm with the editorial team for new ideas and strategies for effective content
- Build and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards
- Plan, develop, write and deliver persuasive content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers
- Collaborate with campaign managers, creative team, and designers
- Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, case studies, flyers, video script, white papers and more
- Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
- Edit content produced by other members of the team
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
Requirements and Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of professional writing experience for a B2B audience, especially with digital platforms
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy-to understand even for non-technical people
- Previous content work done for HR Solutions industry will be great advantage
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
