Content Writer Job Description :

- We are looking for someone who can help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value by creating compelling blog posts, white papers, product descriptions, social media content and web copy.

- This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, bachelor's degree and relevant work experience.

Content Writer Key Responsibility Areas :

- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies), brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies.

- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.

- Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.

- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.

- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.

- Submit work to editors for input and approval.

- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.

- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.

- Promote content on social media.

- Identifying customers- needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

- Be up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends and business/industry trends.

- Create eye-catching and innovative headlines

- Collaborate with campaign managers, creative team, and designers

Content Writer Requirement :

- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role

- Portfolio of published articles

- Experience doing research using multiple sources

- Familiarity with web publications

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English

- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions

- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision

- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management

- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously

- Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication

- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary

- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services
