Content Writer - Internet/Online (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers and subject matter experts to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Communicate with development and product teams to ensure quality content.
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Write technical blogs on an ongoing basis to support and build awareness about product
- Create tutorials to help end-users use the product, along with delivering powerful presentations and products demos
- Outstanding writing skills, grammatical ability, editorial skills and attention to detail
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English. Hindi will be an added advantage.
