The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Working closely with the business to create an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan in line with business objectives.

- Developing and executing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention.

- Developing and managing the editorial calendar to ensure deadlines are met.

- Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral.

- Managing relationships with external marketing agencies.

- Ensuring consistency of brand voice, style and tone across all content.

- Assessing leads and pitching captivating story ideas to editors.

- Collecting and deciphering data and using findings to prepare clean, concise and factual articles.

- Keeping records off all notes, interviews, and audio files.

- Creating trustworthy relationships with contacts and sources for use in future research.

- Keeping up to date with latest news developments and ensuring that you meet all deadlines.

- Interpreting briefs to produce original content.

- Reworking content based on feedback.

- Ensuring all copy is proof read and free of errors.

- Using research to establish the strategy for reaching out to the target audience.

- Analysing content traffic metrics and effectiveness of campaigns and messaging to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI.

- Developing and managing the editorial calendar.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required :

- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Content Management, Editing or Writing within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.

- You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.

- You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.

- You have excellent writing skills in English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English markets.

- You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines.

- You have strong writing skills and a keen eye to ensure that the content is free from errors and complies with editorial style and guidelines.

- Experience within Content Analysis, Journalism/News, Content Planning, Content Management, would be a strong advantage.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
