Job Description :

- This role involves content management and creation for website, social media, and a B2C business line.

Roles and responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives.

Role

- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing and sales targets

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout

- Create and publish engaging content

- Manage all internal and external content. Monitor, track and analyze content results

- Edit and improve posts

- Optimize content according to SEO

- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic

- The role also involves service delivery of B2C Personal Branding business. Following are the details involved:

- Personal branding is a HeadHonchos service that allows candidates to increase their online branding through requisite sites like personal blogs, LinkedIn, etc. You will be required to speak to mid-senior level candidates who have opted for this service, understand their interest areas and strengths, suggest appropriate topics and write articles on their behalf, based on how they want to portray their online personality.

Skills

- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts

- Very strong grasp of English with strong verbal and written communication skills

- Should be a self-starter with strong content acumen, interpersonal skills, and a pleasant attitude.

- Should exude a high level of professionalism and be result-oriented since candidate would be interacting with high CTC customers for Personal Branding product

- Have the passion for learning and work as a team player

- Experience in technology preferred but not a mandate. However, must have a technical bent of mind.

Qualification: B.A English Hons. Graduate M.A (English & Literature) M.A. Literature mass media

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
