Roles and Responsibilities :
Assignment Creation : Develop engaging and informative assignments related to test automation topics for our students. This includes designing practical exercises, quizzes, and projects that effectively assess students' understanding and practical skills.
Content Management : Manage and update the content of our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure it remains relevant, accurate, and up-to-date. This includes organizing and categorizing content, reviewing and editing existing materials, and creating new content as needed.
Research and Development : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the field of test automation. Conduct research to gather information and resources necessary for creating high-quality assignments and content.
Collaboration : Work closely with the curriculum development team, subject matter experts, and instructors to understand the learning objectives and requirements of the courses. Collaborate with them to ensure the assignments and content align with the academy's standards and objectives.
Quality Assurance : Ensure the assignments and content meet high-quality standards in terms of accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness. Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, and style consistency.
Feedback and Improvement : Collect feedback from students, instructors, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the assignments and content. Incorporate suggestions and make necessary revisions to enhance the learning experience.
Documentation : Maintain documentation related to the assignment creation process, content guidelines, and best practices. Create instructional guides, reference materials, and other supporting documents to assist instructors and students.
