Content Writer - eCommerce (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities of Content Writer :
- Researching industry-related topics from online sources, books, stakeholders, interviews and research studies & other materials available)
- Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Prepare an outline of all the work that's required & on approval create final content
- Should be able to write in basic writing styles - Explainer, Narrative, Persuasive, Promotional, Descriptive
- Should ensure the grammar of the written content is right
- Should be able to write content of different lengths for various purposes
- Should be able to deliver content on time
- Writing domain documents for various internal company purposes
- Preparing well-structured drafts for multiple internal & marketing purposes
- Proofread and edit all written content before publication in relevant applications
- Submit work to editors & other stake holders for input and approval
- Coordinate with marketing, design teams for their needs & must be a team player
Requirements :
- Prior experience of 2-3 years with Content Writing for Ecom D2C Brand/Business is a must
- Must have an appreciation for water and the support water provides life
- Graduation in English Language/Arts or Certification in English Content Writing
- Must be passionate & untiring to support the brand & teams for content requirements
- Understanding technology & comfortable to adapt to all new tech platforms is a must
- Excellent English oral/written communication skills
- Proficiency in any other indian language is added advantage
- Excellent organization skills & team player
- Ability to multi-task and deliver all content requirements on time
- Ability to work in a startup team environment and take direction from management and team leads
- Ability to proactively understand the the needs for content for various teams & self initiating such work tasks is required.
