Content Writer - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Regularly produce high quality content in the form of articles, reports, social media posts, emails, blogs, etc.
- Understand audience' profile and create content accordingly.
- Edit and proofread content produced by other members of the team for errors and inconsistencies.
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's customers to create content.
- Analyse content marketing metrics and make changes to improve.
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content.
- Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team and designers to illustrate articles.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism and related field with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines accordingly.
