Education: Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience: 2+ yrs in similar industry
JOB PURPOSE
- Meeting the client/ Internal teams and understanding their needs & requirements
- Doing research and develop, edit, write the content for website, digital media, blogs, articles etc. as per client and organization needs
- Conducting research to identify best practices in the field and develop innovative ideas/solutions for industry benchmarking in terms of content quality, content presentation, layout etc.
- Proof reading and editing of client and organization products in terms of grammar, layout, style, presentation etc.
- Create content which gives readers access to information in a simple, easy to understand language
- Working with SEO and technical team members to enhance content pieces
- Generate content, making smart use of keywords. The text should have relevant keywords and variations for better search engine ranking and indexing
- Maintaining awareness of new words or phrases coming into popular usage with a view to ensuring they're appropriate for the readership
- Must be avid readers.
Other desired skills :
- Excellent command over written and spoken English
- Knowledge and prior experience of writing effective copy for all types of marketing collaterals
- Ability to generate grammatically correct content in clear and precise manner using appropriate vocabulary and tone
- Proficient in MS Office
