Content Writer/Copy Editor (2-9 yrs)
Job Description:
- Brainstorming, writing and executing engaging content for social channels (Instagram,telegram, FB, Twitter etc.)
- Research, plan and execute A/B test to understand what tone works for which segment.
- Continuously learn and seek out ways to improve existing communication to better engage with the audience and drive actions.
- Ownership of publishing the campaigns across platforms like FB, Insta, Twitter,Telegram, YouTube etc.
- Collaborate with Designers, Business, Product, Marketing teams on projects (e.g. email,offer, PNs, SMS campaigns and landing pages) to provide content for tight deadlines.
- Craft catchy and share-worthy social media posts giving offers, match/player/tournament summary/ stats.
- Good understanding of leveraging social media, plan calendars and, think different channels, formats and media depending on the requirement.
- Need to manage multiple projects at one time to make aggressive deadlines.
Required Skills :
- Must have a strong knowledge of most of the key sports (Cricket/ Football/Kabaddi/Basketball/ Poker/ Rummy etc.) with a keen desire to be on top of the respective sports news/events/ tournaments/ players etc.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times.
- Conceptualize ideas rooted in insights and create compelling stories to bring them to life through different mediums.
- A creative bent of mind with excellent verbal and written skills. A keen eye for details with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through.
- Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback, and have experience in proofreading.
- Can work backwards from briefs shared by internal and external stakeholders and turn them into innovative concepts.
- Advertising agency experience is an added advantage
