Internal Communication:

Extensive experience (minimum two years) in Financial Services (banking and capital markets, Wealth & Asset Management and insurance) domains/industries

- Experience in writing for web and research reports

- Should have experience working with people across the globe esp., Americas

- MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, basic Excel

- Experience of working in Big 4 or any other consulting firms will be given preference

- Experience in various forms of writing

- Write, edit and adapt content for online and offline platforms for deliverables such as web pages on Co. external portals, blogs, intranet portals, internal and external newsletters, brochures/- slip sheets- /flyers/pamphlets/playbooks, and Co. publications/thought leadership articles/reports

- Should keep oneself abreast with latest happenings in the Financial Services domains/industries

- Should be able to understand Financial Services domain/industry concepts and issues; as well Co. business offerings.

- Work with Co. subject matter experts, BMC managers, gather information from various source documents or through interviews for preparing write-ups

- Should be able to work with minimal guidance

- Should have excellent written and verbal US English skills

- Collaborate with relevant internal teams, including digital content team for web based content.

- Should be able to demonstrate business acumen to understand the leadership strategy and vision, and translate it in the deliverable prepared

- Support firm brand, understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by Co., including verbal and branding guidelines

- Should be eager and a fast learner who is willing to expand on core skills

- Demonstrate eye for detail and ensure all deliverable s are of high quality
