Content Writer (5-10 yrs)
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field
- Experience in creating technical product documentation, blogs, social media, and website content
- Must possess knowledge of industry standard best practices, tools, content management systems and SEO techniques
- Self-driven, good team player and eye for details
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills Job roles and responsibilities:
- Plan and create quality documentation (User Guides, Architecture Diagrams, Installation Guides) for products
- Proactively collaborate with SMEs from Engineering and Testing team to create easy-to-understand documentation
- Research, gather and analyse data from various sources, to improve the documentation
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content for blogs, white papers, social media, website etc
- Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns
- Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies
- Edit and polish the existing content to improve readability
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to the website
Good to have skill :
- Ability to create scripts for videos knowledge of power-point, draw.io, photoshop etc. tools as a good to have skill wrt creating diagrams and schematics for technical documentation
