Content Writer (4-10 yrs)
- Understand and consult on strength/weakness on different communication channels and suggest on the best solution for the requirement
- Visualize or provide visual suggestions for a particular content (especially infographics or video scripts)
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
- Manage assigned projects to completion within target date
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our services
- Write or prepare content for formal business comms (newsletters, mailers, news articles, videos, etc.) and business collateral (posters, flyers, brochures, etc.
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Proofread and edit internal and external documents
- Rewrite (or suggest so) sentences to improve readability, if required
- Review content with eye for detail to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax
- Manage multiple documentation projects
- Ensure that customers receive the highest quality deliverables
