- Deliver high-quality, engaging content for all marketing initiatives, including CRM communications (Mailers, SMS, WhatsApp communications), Social Media Ads, Google Search & Display Ads etc.
- Analyzing content performance regularly and optimizing content to improve the performance of critical metrics
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate internal and external messaging and ensure that content is aligned accordingly
- SEO and optimize ongoing strategy
- Closely work on the marketing calendar and support with content strategy
