Job Description:

As a Ghost Writer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content that showcases the expertise, thought leadership, and personal brand of our founding team. You will manage and grow their LinkedIn presence to increase visibility, engagement, and influence within our industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation :

- Write high-quality articles, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces that reflect the voice and expertise of the CEO and founders.

- Develop engaging LinkedIn posts, updates, and long-form content tailored to each founder's personal brand.


- Craft compelling bios, profiles, and summaries for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

Brand Management:

- Collaborate with the founding team to understand their personal brand goals and develop a cohesive branding strategy.

- Conduct interviews and research to gather insights, stories, and key messages for content creation.

- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content.

LinkedIn Channel Management :

- Maintain and update LinkedIn profiles for the CEO and founders.

- Monitor LinkedIn channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages.

- Track and analyze LinkedIn metrics to optimize content strategy and drive engagement.

Industry Trends & Insights :

- Stay updated on industry trends, news, and relevant topics to incorporate into content.

- Identify opportunities for the CEO and founders to contribute to industry discussions and position them as thought leaders.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a ghost writer, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong understanding of personal branding and the ability to capture and convey a unique voice.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and best practices for professional social media management.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content.

- Experience in [your industry] or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience using LinkedIn analytics and other social media management tools.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices.

- Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing LinkedIn posts.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
