Our client is seeking a talented Political Content Writer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in media and a strong background in political content writing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English writing skills and a good understanding of the Telugu language. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of political dynamics, and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Research, write, and edit engaging political content in English for various platforms including articles, blogs, and social media.
- Analyze political events and issues, providing insightful commentary and analysis.
- Translate or adapt content to/from Telugu as needed, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to develop content strategies and align with overall editorial goals.
- Stay updated on current political trends, policies, and news to produce timely and relevant content.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy, grammar, and style in all written materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content creation.
Ideal Candidate :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in media or content writing, with a focus on political content.
- Excellent command of English, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Telugu, including the ability to understand and convey nuanced political concepts.
- Solid understanding of political issues, policies, and current events.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with content management systems and digital media tools is a plus.
