Experience :

- Must have experience creating engaging content and collateral for email (newsletters), social media, and or marketing assets. Bonus if you are familiar with writing scripts for videos, both regular and animated.

- Has been part of a marketing/brand/content team, and familiar with getting briefs, creating them if needed, and working backwards from a business goal to achieve objectives.

- Must be proficient using tools like Mailchimp to set up campaigns, and measure results. Other tools include Google analytics, FB Business Manager.

Desired skills :

- Good grammar, excellent writing, research, and editing skills.

- Knowledge of style guides, and using them as needed

- Empathy

- Creative thinking

- Must be organised. Highly proficient with Google Suite (incl. creating folders, creating contents on Google docs. and using Google docs., for project trackers when needed).

Responsibilities :

- Website content creation and maintenance

- Customer communication (weekly emails, automation flow)

- CX content framework on email, and social media - creating and updating templates

Digital marketing - banner copy, SEM, finding the right pegs to position a product to customers at different parts of the buying journey

- Liaise with stakeholders from consumer product and marketing team to understand timelines and deliverables

- Create and present reports on learnings, patterns, and performance

Qualifications :

- BA in Media Communications, English Literature, Journalism

- 4+ years of experience
