Content Strategist - Social Media (1-6 yrs)
- Content Strategy Development : Create and implement effective social media content strategies that align with the brand's goals and target audience.
- Content Creation : Develop engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Social Media Management : Manage and optimize social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Audience Engagement : Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, while building relationships with followers.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of content strategies. Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Key Skills :
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) to track performance.
Qualifications :
- Graduation in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1-6 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Salary : 4-8 LPA.
