Content Strategist - Enterprise SaaS Solution Firm (4-8 yrs)
Role Description : Content Strategist
As Content Strategist, you have an eye for good design and a ear for good writing, and are able to navigate both with ease. You think in patterns, always seeing the systems behind things (or the lack of them). You habitually find ways to make things work faster and smarter, whatever challenge you're working on. You can communicate clearly cross media and audience hierarchies, the what and the how. As a Content Strategist, you bring the your innate creativity and ability to see many points of view at once, to simplify complexity, to relate and communicate, to the table. You- re ambitious and passionate about what you do, and always put the user's needs first.
What will you do :
- As Content Strategist you will navigate the entire spectrum of Language use across their products, platform and network, helping from product design, to crafting marketing communications, to writing support content, to blogging and the rest. You are simultaneously a content strategist, a content designer, and a UX writer, strategizing, architecting, researching and executing technical and non-technical information. You wear many hats. You- re okay with that.
- As Content Strategist, you will work with the Product and Design teams to use the right words, and the right tone, to define how their products speak to their users.
- You will be on top industry and regulatory trends, and clients- business needs and challenges and create powerful content in and across formats and media, to further their vision, and add value to current and potential clients.
- In collaboration with the Customer Success Managers and their champions, you will make the power of theirplatform and features easy to understand for distributed enterprises of all sizes, across the target market, at scale, by drafting business cases, and presentations to Client-side management teams.
- You will create content systems and assets for Sales, Customer Support and Success, and Marketing, to advise and guide a wide variety of enterprise clients, during the sales process, during the trial-periods, and post-contract, ensuring they launch them successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from them.
- You will create and update training material, and help design training sessions and webinars on their Best Practices, for users at all levels in Client organizations. You will also iterate and define our tone and execution of investor- and client-facing legal, technical, and nontechnical documentation.
Responsibilities :

3. You'll evolve our tone of voice to make sure it always feels personal and considered
4. They are a small but growing company with a clear mission - to digitize deliveries of all kinds for shippers of all sizes. To help us get there, you- ll be given autonomy and responsibility to evolve how we work, and make real changes to our product from day one.
5. You'll be working side by side with designers, product managers and engineers, research and analytics, shipping iteratively every week.
6. You'll also be a major player in marketing, blogging, or writing our documentation - to ensure our chorus of voices create a seamless user experience.
7. Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers- needs first.
8. Design and drive documents and processes for customer success.
9. Create customer success content that will help our clients be self-sufficient product experts.
10. Maintain high levels of customer engagement through content, with a focus on customer loyalty.
11. Identify common customer challenges and actively iterate better content solutions.
12. Support them Sales and Account Executives to help them be more effective.
13. Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new content solutions for customers.
14. Craft customer on-boarding assets, adapt existing customer on-boarding assets and work with product marketing to refine existing and create new on-boarding assets.
15. Help drive customer references, up-sells and and case studies through content.

Requirements :
1. You have a strong content and linguistic background
2. You have experience in/are passionate about product content strategy, and execution
3. You have a strong understanding of design and user-psychology including behavior patterns and system design
4. You have experience/interest designing simple user interfaces
5. You are comfortable both leading a team and being the team, spearheading large, complex projects.
6. You have a strong point of view on how content strategy can be applied to software products, and can convince people of the need to think about language in terms of systems, not sentences.
7. You're able to think deeply about why and how language and interfaces work together, and you have a strong understanding and clear point of view of the impact of language on design
8. You're an excellent self starter who can deeply collaborate with designers and engineers.
9. You're an excellent communicator and can make and support your decisions firmly and rationally
10. You're organized and have worked in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
11. You're able to easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically.
12. Masters Degree in any analytical field (Engineering, Economics, Core Sciences) along with experience in Design, Linguistics, Literature, Journalism, or Education. Experience in an enterprise-facing SaaS company is a benefit.
