Content Strategist (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Daily Content: Develop and publish high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms on a daily basis.
- Coordinate Shoots: Plan and manage content creation shoots, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Trend Research and Ideation: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, ideating and executing trendy and innovative ideas to boost brand visibility.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and plan social media calendar and also to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
- Brand Voice and Aesthetic: Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and visual aesthetics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and video teams to ensure seamless content creation and campaign execution.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.
- Experience in coordinating photo/video shoots.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Basic understanding of styling and lighting
Preferred:
- Candidate must be comfortable showcasing their own face in the reels
- 1-2 year's experience in similar role
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or photography.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
