Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in English Literature / Journalism / Communication (Added advantage for Master's Degree holder)

Experience: 3 - 6 years in the role of ideating, conceptualizing and creating content.

Job Brief:

You will be a part of our Marketing Team and will be the go-to person for anything related to social media and content creation.

Responsibilities:

- Create content for various social media platforms, including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, with excellent judgement, instincts and a sharp feel for the social media landscape.

- Source, create and publish timely social media content to educate various audiences about key activities and PR efforts.

- Use social media to drive awareness of and traffic to key stories and websites.

- Be responsive to breaking news/events which provide Rainmaker with an opportunity to tell our story.

- Reporting on activities, including insights that help shape and drive content moving forward.

- Earn trust internally and externally with many different audiences and stakeholders.

Skills / Requirements:

- Build a long-term social media presence in support of reputational PR efforts.

- Be creative and develop engaging social media content that's aligned with the company brand.

- Exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow time frames.

- Formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative to express it.

- Always be innovating, initiating, and creating.

- Have a bias for action, but an ability to work cohesively with other stakeholders.
