Content Professional - Social Media (1-6 yrs)
As a Content Strategist for Social Media, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the brand's online presence across various social platforms. You will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing engaging content strategies that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development : Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business goals, targets audience needs, and enhances brand visibility.
Social Media Management : Manage and update social media profiles, ensuring cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Content Creation : Work with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality and engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and blogs.
Trend Analysis : Stay up-to-date with social media trends and make recommendations for adjustments to the strategy as necessary.
Analytics and Reporting : Monitor social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of content strategies, preparing regular reports on performance and engagement.
Audience Engagement : Foster relationships with followers, respond to comments/messages, and develop strategies to increase engagement and build a community.
Campaign Management : Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives and increase brand reach.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-6 years of experience in social media content strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into compelling content.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and ability to adjust strategies based on data insights.
