The Job

The main purpose of the role is to review user flagging reports regarding content on the popular social media platform. It is a very detail oriented role, where concentration and maturity is of high importance.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

- Review user flagging reports regarding website content

- Understand and remain up-to-date with client's policies and guidelines

- Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner

- Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality

- Recognise trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policies

- Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community

- Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjects

Ideal Candidate :

- You speak and write Hebrew at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

- Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must.

- You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Ability to deal with highly sensitive content (graphic images, among others).

- Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

- You are professional and thorough.
