Content Moderator - Customer Service Document (1-2 yrs)

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate from any stream (with proper documentation).
- Experience: 6 months - 1 year in Customer Service (Voice/Non-Voice) - International & Domestic (with proper documents).
- Communication: Decent communication skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content based on established guidelines.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content quality.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities.
