Job Title: Content Moderator/Content Reviewer

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational week offs

Salary: INR 3 LPA, 20k plus for Freshers; up to INR 4 LPA for Experienced candidates

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled Content Moderators/Reviewers to join our team in Hyderabad for the Non-Voice YouTube Content Review process. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content on the YouTube platform, ensuring that it complies with the policies and guidelines of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review and moderate user-generated content on the YouTube platform to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines

- Evaluate the appropriateness of the content based on the platform's policies and procedures

- Respond to user inquiries and concerns related to the content being reviewed

- Document and escalate issues as required

- Keep up-to-date with changes to the platform's policies and procedures

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the moderation process

Requirements :

- Must be fluent in Bengali and English

- Must have a Graduation degree or higher

- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

- Must be located within 25 KMS from Gachibowli
