Content Marketing - Social Media Management

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Gammastack's brand voice, values, and business objectives.

- Identify and leverage trends in the iGaming and technology sectors to engage with audiences across platforms.

- Establish and grow Gammastack's presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on showcasing thought leadership and industry expertise.

2. Content Creation

- Create original, high-quality content specific to the iGaming and tech industries, including posts, articles, infographics, videos, and success stories.

- Collaborate with internal teams and industry experts to produce insightful content on topics like gaming technology, software solutions, and innovations in the sector.

- Design and execute campaigns that highlight Gammastack's achievements, offerings, and client success stories.

3. Community Management

- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.

- Foster relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify Gammastack's message and increase reach.

- Cultivate a sense of community by facilitating discussions and interactions around Gammastack's brand and industry topics.

4. Performance Tracking and Optimization

- Monitor and analyze key social media performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Conduct A/B testing on posts and campaigns to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.

-Prepare detailed reports on social media growth, campaign performance, and actionable insights.

5. Innovation and Experimentation

- Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies, and adopt creative approaches to differentiate Gammastack in a competitive market.

- Experiment with new formats, features, and content ideas to keep Gammastack's social media presence dynamic and engaging.

Requirements - Experience: 3-5 years in social media management, preferably in the B2B iGaming, technology, or B2B digital marketing industry.

Content Skills : Strong ability to create engaging content and simplify complex tech concepts into easily digestible formats.

Tools : Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights).

Strategic Knowledge : Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience segmentation, and growth strategies.

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling.

Creativity : Ability to brainstorm and implement innovative campaigns that capture audience attention.

Bonus Skills : Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
