- Blog and website content, technical & informative articles of a high quality

- Developing SEO content keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends.

- Writing as well as publishing content for the website.

- Social Media: Responsible for managing and contributing to the Social Media channels, specifically Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

- Email Marketing: Communicating to the existing database of new features, offers and incentives via email on a regular basis.

- Proof Reading: Ensuring that every word of copy published across our marketing emails, blog posts, website and are 100% accurate, completely perfect in terms of grammar and punctuation.

- Product Marketing: Communicating new features, bug fixes and product updates across all channels.

- PR: Writing press releases and engaging with strategic PR partners from across the Travel industry.

- Tone of Voice: Developing the tone and copy style we use to communicate our core proposition and values.

- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

- Identify customers- needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

- Update website content as needed

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role

- Portfolio of published articles

- Familiarity with web publications

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English

- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
