Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Core Content Manager to lead and manage our content strategy and execution, with a specific focus on projects related to outsourcing clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content management within the outsourcing industry and possess over 7 years of relevant experience. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality content that drives business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to the needs of outsourcing clients, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Content Creation and Management : Oversee the production of various content types, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, website content, and client communications, ensuring high quality and relevance.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, editors, and strategists, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring consistent output of top-tier content.
Client Collaboration : Work closely with outsourcing clients to understand their content needs and objectives, ensuring the delivery of tailored content solutions that meet their requirements.
SEO and Content Optimization : Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and adheres to best practices in content marketing.
Editorial Oversight : Maintain and enforce editorial standards, including content guidelines, style guides, and quality control processes.
Project Management : Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals and timelines.
Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for content-related matters, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Experience: 7+ years of content management experience, with a significant portion of that time spent working in the outsourcing industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies for outsourcing clients.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the outsourcing industry, including its challenges and opportunities related to content management.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with multiple outsourcing clients across different sectors.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in content marketing and digital media within the outsourcing space.
