Content Manager (8-10 yrs)
- Develop content strategy aligned with the client's objectives of increasing website traffic and customer engagement.
- Creates concepts closely with Creative Director and designers through collaboration with team and key account managers, to plan and develop various types of content including but not limited to website content, email, social media copies and more.
- Oversees and edits content from team as needed.
- Optimize and manage content considering SEO and SEM best practices.
- Partner with analytics and marketing to analyze website traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Lead brainstorming, developing, and publishing of content across web properties and social channels to increase experience.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the editorial calendar to align with cross-functional initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industries and how it relates to the client brand, to generate new content for new and existing customers.
- Perform other work-related duties as needed.
